  • Do I need to provide you with the apparel I want customized?

    You’re welcome to ship or drop off your products for us to customize. We will also have a variety of products that you can choose from and use for an additional cost.

  • How long does an order usually take? Do you do rush orders?

    Orders usually take 7-14 business days depending on the order size. Please include an additional day from inquiry as we work with you to perfect your logo/design and apparel choice. If you require a rush order, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Rush fees may apply.

  • How will I receive the finished product?

    Finished products can be shipped and billed to you or you can provide us with a shipping account #. Pick up is also available.

  • Can you package each individual item for me?

    Absolutely! We are able to fold, polybag and sort sizing for you. This is included upon request.

  • What is your return policy?

    Unfortunately, once your design and choice of apparel have been approved and signed off by you and decoration has started we will be unable to refund your order. Our full return policy is available under our “Learn More” tab.

  • What payment do you accept?

    We accept VISA and Mastercard at this time. Instructions will be provided at time of order.

  • Do you have a minimum order?

    To make things easy, we don’t have a minimum order size. However, the bigger the order, the lower the cost per unit.
